Your members, dues, lockers and guests in one place, set up around how your club runs and carrying your club's name. You work directly with the person who built it, from setup on.

What a night at your club looks like in Parlor.

These are sample screens with made-up members. Every one shows a part of Parlor that's built today.

Run the whole club from one place.

Members, dues, lockers and guests, each on its own screen. It works next to the register you already have.

Everyone who belongs, in one list.

Tiers, standing, lockers and the people each member authorizes, instead of a spreadsheet and a group text.

  • Tiers and founding rates
  • Authorized users on a membership
  • Birthdays and anniversaries on file
Parlor for private clubs

Dues that collect themselves.

Members pay by card or bank on their own schedule. The dues method stays separate from the card behind the bar.

  • Monthly or annual, by tier
  • Card or bank, with no cut of your dues
  • See who renews next
Dues and the member portal

Know what's in every locker.

Who holds each locker, who else can open it, what's on the shelf and what's running low. Members see their own locker in the portal.

  • Contents and how full it is
  • A flag when a locker needs a restock
  • Open lockers, so they get sold
Locker management

Guests on the list before they reach the door.

Members add guests from their portal. The front desk sees who's coming, who they're with and how full the room is.

  • Included guests per visit
  • Extra guests on passes
  • Every guest tied to the member who brought them
Guest passes and check-in

The member file, at the bar.

Staff pull up a member by name or number and see their locker, their guests tonight and the notes your hosts keep.

  • Look up by name or number
  • Notes that follow the member, not the shift
  • Works on a phone, a tablet or a laptop
What staff and members see

How a new member takes their seat.

For rooms that admit by invitation. The whole signup happens on the new member's phone, in one sitting. How admissions work

  1. Invitation

A member nominates them and the club approves. They get a private code.

  2. Agreement

They read the member agreement and accept it before anything else.

  3. Dues

Card or bank, set up once, on the tier they were offered.

  4. Card for the tab

A separate card for the bar, so dues and drinks never mix.

  5. Profile

Favorite pours and cigars, birthdays and anniversaries.

  6. Seated

A member number and a portal on their phone, before the first visit.

Your members get a portal of their own.

Their locker, their guest passes, the room's events and their profile, with your room's name on it. It opens in the browser, so there's nothing to install, and each member claims their account with a private code the first time, then signs in with their own email and password after that.

What members see

Set up around your club, by the person who built it.

  • Your name and your look. The member portal and the staff screens carry your club's name, logo and colors, and your own words for your tiers.
  • Set up around how you run. Your tiers, your joining process, your guest rules. When you need something Parlor doesn't do yet, I'll quote building it before any work starts.
  • One person, start to finish. I set Parlor up, train your staff, and I'm the one who answers when something breaks on a Friday night. No ticket queue, no call center.

Keegan Sullivan, who built Parlor. Greenville, SC.

A neighborhood cigar lounge

Open now

Where Parlor started. Members, deals and check-in were built here first, and the Toast integration is in pilot here, with more than 1,600 menu items pulled in from the lounge's register.

A private members club

Opens January 2027

Set up around the club's invite-only joining. Founding members join through a private invitation, sign the member agreement and nominate the next ones. The portal, lockers and guest passes were built for this club.

Questions owners ask first.

Short answers here. Bring the long ones to the demo.

What does Parlor cost?

$149 a month for up to 150 members, or $299 a month for up to 500, plus a one-time setup fee that starts at $1,500. Bigger clubs and custom builds get a quote. We never take a cut of your dues. Every price is on the pricing page.

Can Parlor be set up for how our club works?

Yes. Your tiers, your joining process, your guest rules, and your club's name and look on every screen. If you need something Parlor doesn't do yet, I'll quote building it before any work starts. Parlor is a custom platform, so it isn't for everyone, and the build price goes up with what you need.

Do my members have to download an app?

No. Members get a portal that opens in their phone's browser. They claim their account with a private code the first time, then sign in with their own email and password after that. Your staff use Parlor on whatever phone, tablet or laptop is behind the bar.

Do I have to replace my register?

No. Your register keeps ringing everything it rings now. A Toast integration is in pilot, and Square is next.

Where does the dues money go?

Into your own Stripe account. Members pay by card or straight from a bank account. Stripe charges its normal processing fee, and Parlor doesn't take a cut on top.

Who do I call when something breaks?

Me, Keegan, the person who built Parlor. There's no ticket queue and no call center. You'll have my email, and I answer it myself.

Let's look at your room.

Tell me a little about your lounge and I'll get back to you. If it looks like a fit, I'll walk you through Parlor set up the way yours runs. You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team.

Takes a minute. You'll hear back from me within a day.

Spam check runs quietly in the background. Nothing for you to click.
