Membership software for cigar lounges
Your register knows what sold tonight. It doesn't know who's a member, who's behind on dues or whose locker is 104. Parlor keeps track of that, set up around how your lounge runs and carrying your lounge's name. You work directly with the person who built it.
How lounges handle it now, and with Parlor
The same jobs you already do by hand, kept in one place.
| The job | How most lounges do it | With Parlor |
|---|---|---|
| Dues | Cash, Venmo, and a reminder text you feel weird sending | Billed on schedule by card or bank draft, with a list of who's current |
| Lockers | A whiteboard, a key box, and a list of who has what that's two members out of date | Each locker tied to a member, the people allowed in it, and what's on the shelf |
| Guests | Whatever the person working that night decides | Included guests per visit, each guest tied to the member who brought them |
| Who's a member | The bartender recognizes them. Usually. | Staff look a member up by name or number at the bar |
| Renewals | Noticed when the member stops showing up | A renewal date on every membership, so you see them coming |
What Parlor runs for a lounge
Everything below is set up around your lounge: your tiers, your locker rules, your guest rules, and your lounge's name and look on every screen.
- Members and tiers
Founding, standard, corporate, whatever tiers your lounge sells, with what each one includes written down once.
- Dues
Monthly or annual, by card or bank draft. No more "hey, just checking on dues" texts.
- Lockers
Who holds each locker, who else can open it, and what's running low. Locker management
- Guests and check-in
An included number of guests per visit, with extra guests on passes. Guest passes and check-in
- Releases and member nights
Tell your members about a limited release or a members-only night before you post it anywhere else.
- Something Parlor doesn't do yet
Tell me what your lounge needs. I'll quote building it before any work starts, and you work with me directly the whole way.
Questions owners ask
If yours isn't here, ask me on the demo. Weighing other tools? See how lounge software compares.
Do I have to replace my point of sale?
No. Cigars and drinks stay on the register you already run. Parlor handles the membership side: members, dues, lockers, guest passes and check-in. A Toast integration is in pilot so the register can tell who's a member, and Square is next.
Can members pay dues by bank draft instead of a card?
Yes. Dues go into your own Stripe account, and members can pay by card or straight from a bank account. On a big once-a-year charge, a bank draft costs you less to process.
We have more than one location. Does that work?
Yes. More than one location, or more than 500 members, falls under larger clubs, from $749 a month. We set it up around how your locations share members, lockers and guests, and quote it on a call.
What does it cost?
$149 a month for up to 150 members, or $299 a month for up to 500, plus a one-time setup fee that starts at $1,500. Custom builds are quoted. No percentage of your dues. Every price is on the pricing page.
My lounge is inside a bar or restaurant. Does that work?
Yes. Plenty of lounges sit inside a bar, a restaurant or a shop. Parlor tracks the members, their dues, their lockers and their guests, whatever is on the other side of the wall.
Let's look at your room.
Tell me a little about your lounge and I'll get back to you. If it looks like a fit, I'll walk you through Parlor set up the way yours runs. You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team.
Takes a minute. You'll hear back from me within a day.
Got it. Thank you.
I'll email you within a day to find a time that works. If it's easier, just reply to that email with a couple of times.
