Membership software for private clubs
Parlor keeps track of who belongs, who's allowed in and who's paid. It gets set up around how your club runs, with your club's name on it, and you work directly with the person who built it.

How members join and pay
The two parts of running a club that usually end up done by hand.
Applications and nominations
Nominations on file, a private invitation once the club approves, and the member agreement signed as a step in joining.
How admissions workDues and the member portal
Founding rates and standard tiers billed by card or bank account, plus a portal with each member's lockers, guests and events.
How dues workOther options, and where each falls short
Most clubs start on a spreadsheet, then try software built for associations or large clubs. Here is how the common options compare.
| Option | How it's priced | Built for | Where it pinches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spreadsheet and group text | Free | Getting started | Dues get chased by hand, and admissions live in someone's inbox |
| Wild Apricot | From $66/mo for 100 contacts, by contact count | Associations and nonprofits | Built around contacts, events and newsletters, not lockers, guests and a bar |
| Join It | $29, $99 or $199/mo, plus a 1.5% to 3% online service fee | Membership organizations | A percentage on every online dues payment, on top of card processing |
| Clubessential, Jonas and similar | Quoted | Large golf and country clubs | A full back office with tee sheets and club accounting, sold on a quote |
| Parlor | $149/mo up to 150 members, $299/mo up to 500, setup from $1,500. No cut of dues. | Private clubs and lounges, set up around each one | Newer and smaller, and set up by hand, so it isn't a sign-up-and-go app. You work directly with the person who built it. |
Vendor prices are from each vendor's own pricing page, read September 2026. They change, so check before deciding. See the full Wild Apricot, Join It and Parlor comparison.
Questions clubs ask
Built alongside a private members club opening in Greenville, SC in January 2027.
How big a club is it built for?
There are plans for clubs up to 150 members and up to 500 members. Larger clubs, clubs with more than one location, and invite-only clubs get a quote.
Can we keep our nomination process?
Yes. Your club decides who gets in, the way it always has. Parlor keeps the nomination on file, then handles the invitation, the member agreement, dues and the member's profile once the club approves.
What does it cost?
$149 a month for up to 150 members, or $299 a month for up to 500, plus a one-time setup fee that starts at $1,500. Larger clubs and custom builds get a quote. No percentage of your dues. Every price is on the pricing page.
We're not open yet. Is it too early?
No. Setting up before you open is the easiest time. A private members club in Greenville is bringing its founding members into Parlor now, ahead of its January 2027 opening.
Can Parlor be set up around how our club works?
Yes. Your tiers, your joining process, your guest rules, and your club's name, logo and colors on every screen. If you need something Parlor doesn't do yet, I'll quote building it before any work starts.
Let's look at your club.
Tell me a little about your club and I'll get back to you. If it looks like a fit, I'll walk you through Parlor set up the way yours runs. You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team.
Takes a minute. You'll hear back from me within a day.
Got it. Thank you.
I'll email you within a day to find a time that works. If it's easier, just reply to that email with a couple of times.
